POLAT KENTSEL GAYRİMENKUL GELİŞTİRME A.Ş. ("POLAT" or "Company") located at the address of "İstiklal Mah. Piyalepaşa Bulvarı BLV. No:24 İç Kapı No:8 Beyoğlu/İstanbul" is the Data Controller and is one of the Polat Holding A.Ş. ("Holding") group companies. As POLAT, your personal data of your name, surname, telephone number and e-mail address type are processed limited to the following purposes:

• • Inform the companies, subsidiaries, undertakings operating under the Polat Group of Companies and the data controllers who are engaged in a common and specific economic activity due to all kinds of business and business ties, including business and project partnerships in the activities of our group of companies, or who have a common decision mechanism regarding the data processing activity, about the housing projects and other products and services of the dominant or minor shareholders or partners of the legal entity in question,
• • Plan and execute marketing, campaigns, publicity, promotion, advertising and communication activities for activities covering the processes and activities mentioned above,
• • Send commercial electronic messages in accordance with the Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages,
• • Contact you to improve service quality, to inform you about opportunities and updates in real estate marketing and sales processes,
• • Provided that it is limited to the above-mentioned purposes,pursuant to Article 8(1) of the law,to transfer your personal data, provided that it is in compliance with the rules to be followed in the transfer sets to be made to Polat's shareholders, to subsidiaries or persons in which its shareholders hold majority shares or have management rights, to data controllers who are engaged in a common and specific economic activity due to all kinds of business and project ties, including business and project partnerships in the activities of our group of companies, or who have a common decision mechanism regarding the data processing activity, to the institutions in which the dominant or minor shareholders/partners of the legal entity in question are in cooperation, including in cases where they are in the position of "joint data responsibility" and to public institutions and organizations authorized by law, and the personal data protection legislation.

Your personal data may also be processed for the purpose of sending you commercial electronic messages ("e-message") such as sms, e-mail, mms in the nature of advertisement, celebration, promotion by our Company and the Buyer Group in accordance with the Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages ("ETDHK"), provided that you have your explicit consent in this regard, by taking the necessary technical and administrative data security measures.Your personal data is processed by automatic/non-automatic means for the purposes mentioned above, in accordance with Article 5/2-f of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("the Law"), provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject, based on the legal reason that data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller and that you have your Explicit Consent for this personal data processing activity in accordance with paragraph 5/1 of the Law.

You can request to use your following rights by applying to POLAT at any time;

• • Learn whether your personal data is being processed,
• • Request information if your personal data has been processed,
• • Learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
• • Know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
• • Request correction of your personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing,
• • Request the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law,
• • Request notification of the transactions made pursuant to subparagraphs (d) and (e) of Article 11 of the Law to third parties to whom your personal data have been transferred,
• • Object to the occurrence of a result to your detriment by analyzing your processed data exclusively through automated systems,
• • Demand the compensation of the damage,in case you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data.

You can send your requests regarding your rights and the implementation of the Law to infokvkk@polat.com by using your KEP address or your e-mail address already registered in the Company's data recording system to "İstiklal Mah. Piyalepaşa Bulvarı BLV. No:24 İç Kapı No:8 Beyoğlu/İstanbul" in person or via notary public, with registered mail with return receipt requested or electronically after signing the written application with your mobile signature, secure electronic signature. POLAT will respond to the requests within this scope in writing, without charging a fee up to ten pages; for each page over ten pages, POLAT will charge a transaction fee of 1 Turkish lira. If the response to the application is given in a recording medium such as CD, flash memory, the fee that may be requested by the Company shall not exceed the cost of the recording medium.

In the application you will make to exercise your rights as a personal data owner and to exercise your rights mentioned above and containing your explanations regarding the right you request to exercise, the matter you request must be clear and understandable, the matter you request must be related to your person or if you are acting on behalf of someone else, you will need to submit your special power of attorney certified by a notary public in this regard. In accordance with the "Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller", it is mandatory to include name-surname, signature, Turkish ID number, residence or workplace address, e-mail address, telephone and fax number, and the subject of the request in your applications. Applications that do not contain the aforementioned elements will be rejected by POLAT.
